Bhajivda

Pakoras are made by coating ingredients, usually vegetables, in a spiced batter, then deep frying them. Common varieties of pakora use onion, eggplant, potato, spinach, plantain, paneer, cauliflower, tomato, or chili pepper. The batter is most commonly made with gram flour but variants can use other flours, such as buckwheat flour. Samosa

Samosa is spicy, hot and always available. What's not to love? People call it oily and unhealthy; but haters gonna hate, right? You don't pay attention to such things. In fact, you can't even trust a person who doesn't like eating samosas. Samose mein aaloo rahe na rahe, no one can do you apart,In the city of Hyderabad a smaller version of samosa with a pastry crust and mince-meat filling is consumed, as is another variation with an onion filling......

Kachori

Kachori is supposed to have originated in Hindi belt region of India. In these states it is usually a round flattened ball made of fine flour filled with a stuffing of baked mixture of yellow moong dal or urad dal (crushed and washed horse beans), besan (crushed and washed gram flour), black pepper, red chili powder, salt and other spices.this is also my favourite street food anytime i can go and eat.....
